My phone won't recognize my new Sim card

I have done all of the suggestions.  I still get the same error message.

hi @Anna66 

did you login My Account or the app and update the sim card number? 

if you did, Reboot the phone and click Reset network settings and test again

if same, or if you cannot login My Account to update sim card, ask PM to help.  Submit ticket by direct message:
