I am a long time Public Mobile user. I ordered a new SIM from Public Mobile and inserted in my new phone. Updated the SIM card number to my online Public Mobile account. Been an hour and my new phone still says Emergency call only. Please Help!

Have you tried doing a soft or hard reset on the phone to see if that helps ?

Try removing it then try reinserting it back.

- try restarting your phone
- go to your self serve and put your account in lost/stolen mode for 5 min then re-enable your account
