When I paid my monthly bill (which is getting more and more difficult every month), a new promotion came up offering 5mbs or whatever you call it, for the same $25 I am paying now. However, there was a little *12, beside it, with NO EXPLANATION. Forgive me, but I don't trust Public Mobile. I am a visually impaired Senior, and they make everything difficult for me. So does the 12 mean it is only a promotion for 12 months, and then the price goes up? Please reply with CLEAR UNDERSTANDABLE language. I would be grateful.

Why is is getting difficult each month to pay your bill? You don't have automatic payment set up?
The terms and conditions are listed at the very bottom of the website. You would have to scroll up the page until you are just at the bottom.
There is a line a➕️ terms and conditions.
When you click, it expands all the numbers. Just match the one you are looking at.
*12 says Your Public Mobile subscription
The photo might be hard to read, but essentially, " Public Mobile plans are 30 days in duration and the price will be the same each month. If you have automatic payment it will automatically renew every 30 days."
