New Phone, Data and Calls don't work

Hey there, just got a Pocophone X3. Wifi works but data speeds were super slow, reception for calls really on and off. Tried changing the APN settings as recommended for Android here and now both data and calls don't work at all.

Please help! any info would be greatly appreciated

At least it's all working again but with slow data. Speed is not an APN issue. So, don't make any more changes to APN.  Slow data could be from weak signal or network problems. Try 3g network preferred as the network type.  Calls will still work and data will too.  Also try the data speeds in other locations to make comparisons.

That could be because of the APN settings. Change to the right APN settings and it should work again. The APN changes don't disable calls. The network type must have got changed accidently.  LTE preferred means the phone changes to 3g when needed for data, text, and always for calls. It must have been set to 2g preeferred and that made nothing work.

APN setttings don't change speed and they don't do anything for calls. Changing APN and calls not working is coincidence. No calls could mean phone is only on a 2g or LTE network. You need the 3g netowrk for phone calls.

@OKJoy :If it was working before you changed things, maybe a factory reset would help?
