On your new phone, download the PM app and login to your account then purchase a new eSIM. Have the 2FA code sent to your email by clicking on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code.
If your old phone had eSIM. The new eSIM will be free. Everything will be transferred over to the new eSIM and phone.
Or simply have the screen replaced on the old phone.
