I opened my account last night for data, voice and texting a 611 is saying your current plan does not include text messaging - when we have just signed up to include it last night. and data and voice calling are not work. My online access to my account is also not working – it’s not recognizing my email – yet my VISA has been charged fully for the 3 month $120 plan.

I figured out the issue - for some reason 611 was being blocked. All resolved. thanks,

Thank you. The phone seems to be working now. Another issue I have encountered when creating my self serve account is when I put the phone # in and it says it is sending a 6 digit code text to the phone - my phone never receives the text. Yet I am able to receive texts from other cell phones?
Please help.

Can you test out the SIM card in your phone? Lastly, you will need to create a self-serve account here

I'm adding a separate post just in case some troubleshooting will help. So, when the sim is installed and your reboot what message shows "No sim", "No Service" or perhaps even "Public Mobile" with dots?

You will need the assistance of a moderator, @Shazia_K @Mary_M. They have left for the day but you should have a response by noon tomorrow.
You will need to send them some information by private message. If unfamiliar with this feature, you can review it here: Private Messages - viewing and creating. It will speed things along if you can check in from time to time during "Ontario business hours" tomorrow.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

I would like to add that the phone related to this activation is an unlocked iphone5.
