Got a response not really fixed looks like I have to wait 72 hours before someone bothers to fix it. Guess I am not elite enough to entitle me to prompt service.

@lol3caring Sorry to hear about your issue.
have you done some simple troubleshooting to figure out if it's an account related/ service related issue or if it's a phone or SIM card related issue?
a few thing to check, if you haven't already:
- is your phone unlocked?
- have you tried your SIM card in another phone?
- if your phone is unlocked, have you tried turning off your phone, removing the SIM card, reinserting the SIM card, and power back up?

@lol3caring, were you told it could take upto 72 hours to fix your issue? Just wondering why you are saying 72 hours before someone bothers to look into it. That hasn't been my experience here
