If you have no services at all and your phone says you are not connected to a network you should logvinto your account and chec to see if your sim card matches the onr in your account. If not change your password immediately and suspend your service by reporting your phone lost/stolen. Then we can advise you from there. If they do match we'll keep helping you sort this out,

Try one or more of the below:
*rebooting your phone
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reboot your phone again
