Network not registered

Shows network not registered, even after trying restarting, resetting network settings and taking the sim card out and putting it back. Phone recognizes the sim number in settings.

@ebyvarghesepaul - are you using a SIM card that has been activated? Activation pages here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation

Note, you cannot reuse a sim card that was on a previous account that has been closed.

@ebyvarghesepaul , by chance could your account be suspended?  Please check using incognito mode to make sure you are viewing a fresh up to date snapshot of your self serve account.
