Shows network not registered, even after trying restarting, resetting network settings and taking the sim card out and putting it back. Phone recognizes the sim number in settings.

@ebyvarghesepaul - are you using a SIM card that has been activated? Activation pages here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation
Note, you cannot reuse a sim card that was on a previous account that has been closed.
If the SIM card is activated and you were charged for a plan:

@ebyvarghesepaul , by chance could your account be suspended? Please check using incognito mode to make sure you are viewing a fresh up to date snapshot of your self serve account.

Is this just suddenly now? It has been working for a while and now not? Can you try the sim in another phone? Did you buy the phone new?
