My network stop working and when I login it responded unauthorized. Kindly help me

when did your account get paid last time ? If it's been Suspended for greater than 90 days, your account is closed. Now you'd need a new sim to start a new account. Can you recall when the last time your plan was working as expected ?

Try resetting the Network setting on your phone and reboot your phone.

Also check the status of your account but dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC. If you account is suspended then you need to make a manual payment to restore service.
