Im really stuck, I got an account and a sim Ive paid etc but I cannot get a network pin to work Ive tried the usual 1234, 0000, etc Ive tried it in 3 different phones tryng to discearn if its locked to a carrier and it says the same thing in all 3 but Im not totally sure those phones are not locked to a carrier 2 I bought used and one is my sons from his mother and has a balance needing to be paid so,...... but what are the ods of it not working on 3 phones
I have no idea how to contact a real person on Public so Im adding this to the long list of the same questions on here on this topic

I think your phone's Re locked to a different carrier. Only the old carrier can unlock them pm pmds can only unlock Telus ,,/koodo phones.
