I have just activated an account with your company and when I boot my device I get the message "SIM network unlock PIN". I have tried my 4 digit passcode, and a suggested 1234 but neither option worked. It would have been helpful if you had a number to call so your customers could speak to an actual person, since it was frustrating enough going through the process and hitting a wall only to be greeted by some stupid bot then having to register a new account just to leave this message. At any rate the customer service aspect of your network leaves something to be desired, but for now I would simply like my phone to work, can you issue me a valid unlock code for this SIM I have purchased from you?
Thank you.

As stated above, your phone seems to be locked to your previous provider. This is not a PM issue you will need to deal with your previous provider where they will provide you with an unlock code. Some providers can do it through online chat service as well.

Sounds like your phone is locked to your previous carrier and you would have to get it from your previous carrier. If you have a Samsung you can contact them via online chat on the Samsung Canada website. Do not keep entering random codes or you will then need a further Network PUK code.

@hatethiscrap If your phone is already unlocked, then looks like you need to get the PUK code from the Moderator_Team. by sending a private message with your account details.
