Network Locked

I just switch my phone number to your network at Walmart but i cannot use my phone . There is a message saying Network Lock

If the phone you are trying to use in PM was gotten before DEC 2017, then it is locked with the provider you activated with. JUst give that company a call and they will unlock it for you free of charge.

Is your cell phone locked to another carrier or unlocked?  If it is locked, you will need to call your original provider to get the PIN to unlock the phone.  It should be a free service.  

When did you activate?  Did you get a new number?  Port a number from another company?  More details would be helpful.  It sometimes takes a few hours for a number to be ported from another mobile company
