PM is a prepaid service so pay ahead to receive service.
You can get the 2FA code when login to your account by calling, texting or to your registered email address on the account when you click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code.
You can also restore service by using vouchers. You can purchase vouchers from these locations:

You can enter the vouchers by dialing 611 on your phone.
