I bought a phone, SIM card and everything was set up at the store, couple hours later before I had the chance to set up my account I lost the SIM card, when I went to the store they let me buy a new SIM and told me to create an account and just go in and change my SIM card number problem is to create an account a pin gets sent to your phone number which obviously will not come through for me due to the fact I no longer have the SIM that the phone number is atached to. I also cant just go set it up all over again with the new SIM due to the fact that my $40 voucher was already added to the original SIM in store.

I would send a private message to Moderator_Team to ask for help - make sure you include info like your account number, phone number, full name, PIN, etc., so that they can help right away without having to ask for more info.
