Need to change card on file for autopay

I can't change my card on file, I keep getting this error message....Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later. I need help with this, I also can't believe that a company as big as public mobile doesn't have a customer service number for its customers.  Do better

I just downloaded the app and try and the error message i got was credit card validation failed. please try again

Did you try the PM app and go to Update Card Information?

everyone has the same problem for updating payment information. it seems public mobile wants to kick out all the old customers
