How do I get my e sim QR code re emailed to me, I’m not a new customer and It’s not for a new device ?

If you already have eSIM before, PM will not charge again.  If you are charged, you can contact CSA for credit.

This is joke? I need to try and re install my e sim due to issues I’m having with rcs messaging and I need to pay to try and resolve the issue ?

To get eSIM installed again (whether existing or new phone), via your PM app, you need to purchase another eSIM.  It should be free for customers who had eSIM before.  When you purchase, the eSIM will be installed on the phone.
