@tiki_turtlebtw you won't be able to find your account number on your account.
If you can find the activation email from lucky mobile, you'll find your account number on the attached agreement that they sent you.

I believe that to get your Lucky Mobile account number, you will need to contact Lucky customer service.
After you have your Lucky account number, please proceed to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat
and then type in "port request" if you've already activated your Public Mobile account with a new phone number.
If you have not yet actitvated your Public Mobile account, number porting can be requested during the activation process.
