Hello,
I am in the process of porting my number out of PM to another Service Provider. But it is asking for a PIN. How do I find out what it is?

@timng0 when porting out, you should provide your Public Mobile account number instead of IMEI or account PIN
if you really need the account PIN, please login My Account first, then paste the following link to access the account PIN update page:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/reset/pin
