Hello , my name is Abhay and I am using public mobile number which I wanted to reactive after changing my phone yesterday, as to reactive e sim I need to login to my public mobile account , while trying they area requires 2FA with my phone number which is I am trying to active so not able to got my OTP on number and my email is also logged out upon change of device and it requires OTP which will send to my public mobile number ,
**bleep** ! I stuck in locked loop I am not able to login to public mobile or email so I need help guys !

BTW...you might wanna edit out that info with cell number and email address. On top right side of your original post, click the little circle with the v to edit out that sensitive info that should never be posted in any open community forum.
