My wife passed away recently, and I don't know her Public Mobile login details.
If someone can help me cancel her account, please send me a PM and I can provide whatever details are needed to verify.

All of our cards and bank accounts were shared, so her payments are still going through. I've PMed the Mod account for assistance.

Sorry to hear that.
If her credit cards and visa debit cards have already been cancelled. there really won't be any need to take any further steps to close out the Public Mobile account. Even if there is a preauthorized payment set up on the account, an invalid credit or visa debit card would cause the payment to fail anyway. The Public Mobile account will then close itself out automatically 90 days after the failed plan renewal attempt (without any money being owed).
