Hello There!
I activated my plan today and chose $35 by mistake instead of $45 at the time of activation. I changed my plan right away but looks like it charged my twice!
I am new customer, please help me

Yeah, please be patient as it may take up to 48 hours before getting a reply. However they usually respond within 4 hours, but we're during the week end + there's a ton of promo @publicmobile so may take a little more time.
