i just signed up last night and i picked my plan and everything was great. until i tried to text. i had forgottewn to put the unlimitted texting on. so i went back and tried to add texting, but apparently i changed plans only have texting. no phone calls now. i put 80.00 on the phone. and now it wont let me change back because it says i have no money. how can i get my original plan back plus the texting .

At the moment I woudl not use the modertor_team tag and simply message any one of the moderators directly
this was mentioned wednesday:
in the forum "I'm really sorry we are having some issues with the new community moderator account but our team members are already aware and this should be resolved shortly. "

The mod hours just began at 9am EST. You have the opportunity to have this resolved fairly quickly. Do not attempt to change anything from your end and send a private message to the mods asap if you haven't already done so.

@thunder the reason it wanted to charge you $80 is because since this is prepaid, the system essentially thinks you are giving up what you had just paid for and want to choose a brand new plan.
But since the mods are amazing, they'll fix you up.
