Hey there
I did my top up in my account but my phone is still not activated.
I have waited for too long like 3 days to activate my phone but my money is spent on the account and it is showing me that the payment is done successfully.
But when I call anyone it is telling me that I don't have enough balance in my phone to make an outgoing call
Please help me out

it may take an hour to two to process it in the system

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Was your account still active when you did the top-up or had it expired?
Either way, it sounds like you will need the assistance of the Moderator Team.
Send a private message to @CS_Agent, include your following info:
- account number
- phone number
- sim card number (if you have it)
- a brief description of what has happened
