I opened an account and paid for a subscription yesterday , and then recieved a message that it did not initiate.

was it about porting or was it about the service?

can you make outgoing calls?

if just about porting, there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them
