how much you are paying now ? have you been using that $35 50GB plan? it won't got changed suddenly
i think it is just problem with the cache. Try login My Account again using Incognito mode
i dont believe it got changed, but if it still show old plan with incognito mode, then ask PM to check
open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
