Hi everyone, just wondering why my subscription is not working. I cannot make a call or text and I cannot receive a call. When I try a call it rings but I get the message "call failed". I greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!

they usually reply within 4 hours. If still no response yet, message them again

I submitted an inquiry to refresh my account. But so far no response. I need to make a call and even I die I cannot make a call!!!
