My service initially was fine and now it says no Service. Whom should i reach out to get this resolved?

Is your sim card in your phone?

 

Make sure you are using the right phone with the sim card in it

@sroghen Is it no service in the normal Public Mobile location? Double check if your SIM card moved. Or are you in remoted area so the reception could be a problem?

@sroghen  Can you give more details please, when did you sign up, did you port or transfer in a new number? What plan are you on, what is your account status? Did you check the black list, did you try restarting your phone? Did you put your sim in another phone to test if its your device or the network?
