I got a message that my plan has changed , though I did not make any changes. I would like to know what has changed.

@Galina52, login to your self serve account and check to see what plan is currently active in the account. Customers have the option to future date plan changes. Is it possible that a future dated plan change was entered but forgotten?

@Galina52, what is your current plan, and what has it changed to? Can you post a copy of this notice you've received? (Hide any personal info)
Unless you, or someone who has access to your self-serve account, a plan change must be notified to you 30-days in advance by the terms of service. As Public Mobile is prepaid, it would most likely be sent via text message, as there are no printed bills, and email communications are rare for anything other than sign up and community notifications.
