My plan error

My data plan is 1 gb plus 2 Gb bonus for 12 months. But I just enrolled my plan only 6 months, no 2 gb bonus part. Why?

@billyqing   have you make any plan change lately?  If a plan change made, the 12 month 2GB bonus will be gone

 

Try to logon to My Account Using Incognito mode and see if you see the 2GB

Also, it could also be gone from My Account  if you have used up your 2GB on this month.  If it is this case, you will see the 2GB again on your next cycle

 

If you are certain you didn't used it up on this cycle, and you checked with Incognito mode and still don't see it, open ticket with PM support:

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
