My incoming calls text and data is not working?

I got transfer from chatr to public mobile on April 2 but incoming call, text and data not working what should I do ...

Sometimes when porting a number from one service to another it varies in speed. Sometimes it's instant and other times like with my Fongo number it can take several days. I think it may be helpful to contact the moderator team for some guidance 🙂 They're super helpful and prompt with their replies!

since it has been 2 days you should definitely get in touch with a mod. Regular port ins don't take more than 24 hours.

Ash your port has got hung up in the system and isn't complete yet.  I bet your Chatr sim is still active and can be used.  You will need to private message the mods with your account information.  A link to send the message to them is in my signature bleow.
