 I thought I was registered but I can't log on. Can I possibly do it all over again. Something went wrong when I did it the first time

I came in to post about the exact same issue. I too am unable to log into certain accounts.

 

Hopefully this is a technical issue on their end and will be resolved soon. Good luck!

the issue in your browser if can use page inPrivate mode, maybe you can login

 

if want to contact support team by private message CS_Agent  to change email and set new password.

Go to SIMon Chatbot and type in create a ticket at the bottom of the page or private message them on the envelope icon above.

How do I get ahold of an agent. I tried that, it didn't work. I think somehow I messed up my email,that's why it's not working
