Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

When I log onto the mobile Public mobile app it keeps taking me to the "activate your account" option. It shows me a bunch of plans to choose from. The other option is "login" which I tried and it just takes me back to the same page. It thinks I need to activate a plan, when in fact I already have one and have had an account for years. How do I find/get into my account ?

It is a possibility that you are login in with another email account which is "not" associated with one registered on your account. 

Is there any other email account you frequently use? try that otherwise contacting CS_agent is the option already mentioned.
