I can’t log into my account. My email address has changed and can’t access. I have even tried changing my password, but still not successful. I need to update my credit card as it expires at the end of this month. Can you help me access my account please? Thank you

@Glenb the email is just a login name and you should be able to login PM My Account without access to your email, the 2FA code will send to your phone
If you still cannot login, please open ticket with PM support
