Hello fellow PublicMobilers,
I'm trying to pay for my plan of 30 days and I keep receiving a unable to pay message everytime I put in my visa debit!

@Angelic_Fille90 is your Visa Debit registered as a payment with PM?
Or are you trying to register your Visa Debit for the payment with your card#, address and postal code?
If you are trying to register your Visa Debit, make sure the address and postal code you are entering are exactly what you have registered with your Visa Debit card. I had the same issue when trying to register my Amex card and when I called Amex, they advised me of the address that had on their system was missing the "Street" information.

When I called the *611, it says I have to register the card and THAT'S what I've been trying to do!

Sorry to hear you are having a payment issue. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser? Sometimes that will help.
Or have you tried using the *611 system instead?
If those don't work, a moderator can likely help you, they will be online later this morning.
