Hi
Weird situation but my bill payment date keeps backing up by one day each month. When I signed up my bill date was Dec 10. In January I got billed on the 9th. This kept happening and now in July I get billed on the 26th and in August I will be billed on the 25th!!!
Why am I losing one day of paid service every month? By my estimation I will have lost an entire month of service in about 15 months when it will be back to the 10th of each month.
I don’t understand this. I pay auto pay monthly and never ever have I missed a payment.

Now that you understand youre on a 30 day plan/cycle not a monthly one its a good time to remjnd you if you need to track your data usage exactly then you must reset it on the months with 28/29 and 31 days.

It moves 5-6 days of year, it will take about 5-6 years to get back to your original due date. It looks worse around two consecutive 31 day months, looks niceer around February especially if it's not a leap year, some have even skipped the February payment all together:)

Yup. And it will cycle/wrap around back to where you started in about 5 years. C U then. 🙂

@Suemilward hello yes any month with 31 days it will back up 1 day any month with 30 it will stay the same date and don't forget about feb. you pick up 2 days lol

@Suemilward it is normal because the cycle is 30 days. If you are on Autopay, you no need to worry. You don't loose any days of service.

@Suemilward Plan renewals are every 30 days not monthly as others have already
mentioned.

@Suemilward hi that is completely normal since you are on a 30 day cycle

Payment date is based on a 30 day period.
