I had the addon and I can even see it under the overview page (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/change-plan/)
But if I click (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/) then I dont see it and its also does not show the usage nor its active status.
Right now I cannot reach my voicemail.
Solved! Go to Solution.

@Publicmobileaa you tried pay early for same plan it won't work without moderator assistance that is why 15 dollars is still in your account you can buy a 5 dollar 500 minute add on andthat stays on your account until all used up your renewell date isn't till sometime after midnight

Can't make any call.
It says : sorry we can't transmit your call. You don't have interrubain calls.
But I was not calling outside of Quebec.
So it didn't renew last night for some reason even with sufficient funds.
Two things to try:
1. Try the lost/stolen feature.
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.
2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.

I'm with 15$ per month. 100 minutes and free msg and 200MG of data. I paid 15$ because I had no minute. After paying, I still can't make call. No receive them. I'm not happy with the service provided.

@Publicmobileaa hi when was your renewel date and what plan are you on?

I paid my options recently. I have 15$ in balance. Why I can't make calls nor receive them?
I am really angry.

Btw another thing 500 mins add on does have any expiry date ?
All non-roaming add-ons don't expire.
It has been a point of discussion about dropping the valid, counted feature for a while. Apparently they will be adding a blurb at the top of that area saying that if you don't see what you think you should see then it's been consumed.

I hope PM sort this out as I thought it was some kind of glitch as my 500 mins add on just vanished. It would be good to see the usage even after you eat up your add on.

@NuYearNuMobileAnother 500 minutes add on will not have an expiry date.

Yes. It is peculiar that add-ons linger a while in the one page. But to be able to see them they have to be active.

Maybe you used it all. What plan are you on otherwise?
We can't see *your* account links.
Edit: ninja'd again
You can get to voicemail with a different phone. Call your number and press the * key when you start hearing your recording.

@NuYearNuMobileIt probably means you have exhausted that 500 minutes.
BTW Voice Mail and Call forwarding use count against the minutes.
