There is no SIM & Activation Form! cant recieve texts or phone calls, but can make them.

Couldn’t they use your account number which is your phone number I believe.

Finally, I called speakout again and the rep. gave me a hint to my PIN which was created by myself when I signed up online. Hopefully now PM will port my number.

This is an old thread. You can start a new thread and explain what is happening to you. Are you having porting issues from Speakout? If you are having issues and it is more than 12 hours, you likely need to contact the moderators for help. Unfortunately, it will take some time for the moderators to resolve your issues. Lots of problems the last few days.

I just PM'd you the pin number.
Speakout doesnt have an account number and the voicemail number is used as a substitute.
I hope you can help me out really fast.

Hello @Hamids,
I'm sorry but the port has failed due to the wrong IMEI # provided.
If you want the port to go through and complete, then I would recommend calling your previous service provider and get the account #.
Please send it to me once you have it.

Apparently, someone from Public Mobile has to call SpeakOut in order to port my number.
It has been over 40 hours, and nothing has been done.
I used up my SpeakOut credit, so I can't really use my phone now.

click on the still can't find an answer option and then click the contact us option that shows up below.
From there you can click on SIM & Activation. From there just go through the options and eventually you'll get to an email option. Typically you will need to email your old account's account number, and IMEI of the phone you used on that account.
