More data than my actual usage

Hi everyone, 

My billing cycle started on February 22nd, which is only a week ago. My account shows that I've already used up 10GB. This makes no sense because when I looked in my usage history, my usage fluctuates between 22MB and 300 MB.  10GB as my total on March 2 is ridiculous. Can somebody explain what's going on? Are they overcounting my usage? I'm on the 40GB plan per month for $29. I've never had this problem until this month.

Maybe just a browser cache problem. Please check again using browser with Incognito mode

if you still see discrepancy, ask PM to check as well.  

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
