Hi there, I have two phone number on my account, however, my wife phone number suddenly stopped working and we received a message saying that we have to make a payment even though we had one card on the account with auto-deposit option, and my phone number still working fine... my phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and works fine...my wife phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and it stops... please help us asap. it's urgent.

@Nader11 hi it is not possible to have 2 phones on 1 account it won't work there needs to be an email for each phone number/account you will need to straighten it out with a cs agent

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
Login Page and pay the bill, or check the status of your wife account.
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login

HI @Nader11 Login to My Account and make a manual payment. You can make a manual payment on the Payment page (Or you can also just click Reactivate My Account button and follow the payment steps after)
Also, remove your phone number, this is a public forum, you don't want to post your phone number here
