Monthly fee increases without a message?

If I didnt check my banking system, I havent know that public mobile increases my plan!! From 23$ to 25$.

I double checked my email and text messages, none of the emails said there is a raise for that?!?!

I have used public mobile for 2 years already

You're most likely not the only one.

We have seen this all before. Six months from now, some other subscriber will post in the Community that they did not realize that they had been auto-paying the increased price without being aware that there had been an increase.

If you genuinely can't find any messages relating to the rate increase then I'd suggest filing a CCTS complaint.

Me and my friend got notice that our $23 with 6gb of data plan will increase to $25 last month but if you login to your account and go to Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. There might be a plan for $25 with 10gb of data. Both of us switch on our Next Renewal date.
