If money was already taken and no service is being provided. I want my money back.

If you have worked with PM support agent and they cannot help, then yes, they will issue refund

But have you try asking PM agent to help?   what have you done so far to get the issue resolved?

are you porting in the phone number? did you remove the old carrier sim card (or disable old carrier esim)? 

Check if PM sim is enabled and set as Primary.  Then try Reboot phone and reset network settings

if same, you will need to check with PM support agent and they can help.
