@Shazia_k , @Mary_M , Haven't been able to Help me via PM even after showing them screen shots. My old plan was the $120 one with 6GB of Data. I scheduled a Plan change to the new $120 plan with 12GB of Data as of October 27 2016. The Plan change went through fine but my $6 in my account Disapeared . it showed my Balance as Zero, so I added a $60 voucher hoping it would bring back my $6 for a total for $66 but after adding that it still shows my Balance as Zero & I am afraid to add $54 more because I know it's still going to show as zero. But @shazia_k, @Mary_M keep saying I have $66 even after I sent them the screen shots. I am going to Post my screen shots here to see if I can get some help. I tried to hide most of my Personal info.

I see that currently, you have a balance of $66 what plan were you trying to activate?
