Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - "forget password and answer to security question"

Hi @KYjelly click the Forgot Password on the login page of your self-serve account.  You do not need your security question.... PM gives it to you BUT you have to know the answer.  

 

Or click the questions mark (?) at the right bottom and type "Reset self-serve  password".  Good luck!

@KYjelly  - You will need to contact moderators using SiMon the chatbot (to open a ticket).  Click on the Get Help link at the top and the Chat with SiMon.  Enter something like 'forgot password' as your query.  Then follow the prompts.

You can contact the mods one of 2 ways. Click the question mark bottom right of the browser as shown in the picture and open a ticket through the automated ticketing system;

or you can contact them through direct messaging at the following link (note this way may take longer for a response);

In either case you should receive a reply within 48 hours though typically they are much faster. Watch the envelope icon top right for a reply.
