It's not a matter of choosing one or the other. Sending a private message to CS_Agent as the initital contact method is only meant as a backup/last resort. Customers are required to submit all tickets using either the chatbot or using the support section of the Public Mobile app.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods; please use the 1st method first:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
