I have submitted a ticket to get help from a Moderator but I haven't heard back in 48hrs. I am not sure if this is an issue on my end or theirs. Does anyone know how the Moderators contact you? Do they use email or call your Public cell number?

@M3 : Thus why I was curious. I have another account here that I never use and haven't made any changes to (on purpose for reference) and it has private messaging on. So how yours came to be off is a mystery. Maybe you got tired of email notifications of private messages and turned it off (which is another option).

No, I didn't turn it off. It's a process to turn it back on again. Not something that can happen by mistake.

@Anonymous
By default, the private messenger is enabled.
(as already stated by z10user4)

@M3 : What's curious is that option is on by default at account creation. Did you turn it off somehow for some reason along the way since you've been here?
@computergeek541 : That's what I said ?? 🙂

That message is an indication that private messaging is disabled.

I have that same problem. I've submitted 3 tickets and it's been over 48 hours and I'm still waiting for the moderator to contact me. I cannot find that envelope icon mentioned in your message. I've been navigating through the Community website and it's nowhere to be found. Is there any way to know if my ticket has been reviewed of it's work in progress? Thanks!

@Mateusz resend the message. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.
- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

@Mateusz hi check the envelope top right corner for a reply if it's been 48 hours try contacting a moderator again you can do so by clicking the question mark at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue, you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner
