So is there any particular widespread outage again?
I emailed Mods on Thursday and no response yet, not even a "validate your account" request
System is down tomorrow (5th) and renewal is soon (10th) so trying to get fixed before hand

Perhaps the moderator workload could have been lessened if there was timely notification to customers on what to do for issues that affect a number of customers and that are being dealt with in bulk.

@kav2001c Normal moderators response time is a few minutes to 2 days. With the current system issues some have had responses take up to 5 days
