@velasgloria you've given us very little to work with here. i'm going to assume you recently activated, and this phone has not previously worked with Public Mobile, since that seems to be implied. Did you verify it's compatible with Public Mobile? Please check using willmyphonework.net. If it is, could it be locked to another provider?

Hi @velasgloria. Do you have a new account? Or are you, perhaps, renewing your plan? Has the phone you are using previously been used with PM? With another carrier? Could you please provide additional details...

@velasgloria Can you please try the following:
- turn on the airplane mode for few seconds and then turn it off
or
- restart your phone.
Or
- turn off the phone
- remove sim card
- reinsert sim card
- turn on the phone
