Mobile data not working

Mobile data has stopped working about 95% of the time.  Sometimes it works briefly.  Prior to this issue I have made zero changes to my phone.  I looked through the forums and tried a lot of the solutions offered by other users with no luck.  I also used the chatbot and had no success there either.  Submitting a ticket keeps failing and sends me back on the chatbot loop.  Can anybody help!?

At the moment it seems to be working after  resetting network settings.  Hopefully this is  fully fixed and not just sporadic.  I’ll submit a ticket otherwise.

@tofupunx  Try resetting network settings . Also is it possible to try the SIM card in another phone to test . But to submit ticket to support try this link
