Whenever I try to use the data, there is a notif that tells me to sign into the network. I clicked it, waited, and it doesn't load. How do I fix this?

What plan do you have? when is your renewal date, the 15 and 25 plan can run out pretty quick especially if data is running unknowingly (with wifi toggled off inadvertently, or apps running in the background on both wifi and data)

That message is displayed if you ran out of data, which I suspect is the case here. Log into you Self Serve account and check to see if there is an amount of data indicated as remaining in the accoun where it says Data & Add-ons. If it doesn't give that indication, you don't have any data left on your account.
